CRS’ customer representatives provide local support and training – we’re there to make sure you get the most power from our products!
Training
Our local reps will train your users or your trainers. Some of our courses offer CEUs (we charge only for CEU courses).
In addition, our HelpDesk staff provides step-by-step instructions over the phone to help users accomplish any task.
Toll Free HelpDesk
CRS provides toll-free HelpDesk support at no cost to our users. Users always have the opportunity to speak with a person. And if it’s our issue (rare as that is!), you’ll hear back from us when it’s resolved.
MLS Manager
Our MLS Manager supports clients who integrate the Real Estate PowerTool with their MLS system, from pre-planning, through implementation, to ongoing support, and custom development.
Online Helps
Our PowerTools provide context-sensitive Help links on every screen that include mini-tutorials to help you most effectively use our tools.
